Hello everyone! My online moniker is Soniceric, but my actual name is Ericsson. It’s a nod to the brand “Sony Ericsson,” hence the playful twist of Soniceric.
I’m a 22-year-old currently serving as a National Serviceman Full-time (NSF), and I’m nearing my Operationally Ready Date (ORD) soon. During my service, I’ve been getting an allowance of $800 per month, which may not seem like much. However, I’ve managed to diligently save over $10,000. This nest egg has been allocated into various financial avenues such as an emergency fund, peer-to-peer lending, POSB Invest-Saver, stocks, and trading.
