Let’s dive into a quick update on our Total Net Worth as of March 2025.
Net-Worth Changes This Month: We experienced an increase of 12,000 SGD, but lost 1.73 kilograms in gold.
This month has been a bit sluggish. Our stock recovery decelerated, largely due to the strong exchange rates of the SGD against the RMB and HKD. Additionally, we faced several hefty insurance bills this month.
In terms of gold, our net worth took a significant hit because of a spike in gold prices.
Investment Overview: We saw an annualized return of -0.92%, inclusive of dividends.
I withdrew some investments this month, which explains the slight decline. It’s a matter of giving it time and staying patient for a rebound.
