Huh, where to begin? So, July 4, 2025. Kinda ironic, right? Independence Day in the U.S., but here we’re talking about something happening all the way in Singapore. Anyway, Info-Tech Systems jumps onto the Singapore Exchange. Their stock pops up by, like, 9.2%. Not bad at all for them.
Everybody seemed to have their eyes glued to this — first listing on SGX’s Mainboard in nearly two years. Almost feel like it was some weird financial drought, or maybe just felt like that. Info-Tech Systems, with its unwavering (is that even the right word?) way of racking up profit without diving into debt, found a little niche with SMEs that other big boys seemingly ignored. I mean, we’ve got enough giants trampling over the same old markets, right?
And hey, they’re not just stuck in Singapore. Nope, they’ve got their hands in Malaysia, Hong Kong, India. It’s like they’re collecting countries or something. Wild stuff. Over 23,000 businesses — or was it “organizations”? — can’t keep track, really, but they’re all using Info-Tech’s HRMS. Imagine all those folks — over 850,000 user accounts clicking away on their system. Plus, a thousand or so on their accounting software. Numbers bouncing around like fireworks.
Oh, and if you’re into figures, they pulled in S$43.7m in FY2024. Before that, S$38.1m in FY2023. Now, I’m not some finance wizard, but growth is growth, right? Feels like more than just luck.
I guess it’s just one of those stories — from resumes, probably sweat-soaked from hustle, to ringing bells at a stock exchange. Makes you think about twists of fate and all that jazz.
Anyway, sorta drifted there — but who doesn’t when thinking of such stuff? Life and business, they have a funny way of surprising you.
