Sure thing! Here it goes:

April came and went with a big, fat zero in the transaction column. I mean, nada. Blame it on Trump’s latest ping-pong game with policies. Who knows, maybe I got lucky, but my stocks suddenly went from blah to yay, showing all sorts of green. But yeah, been swamped at work, so I kinda just ignored the whole buy-sell scenario. Really should decide on my next move soon, or… maybe not. Who knows.
Speaking of cash flow, got some dividends in April. Good ol’ $706.20 from DBS. Not the worst surprise to find in my inbox.
YTD in 2025, the dividends hit $5,080.92. Monthly average, if anyone cares, is $423.41. But really, who divides things evenly except math teachers?
Oh, the portfolio has grown to $433,314.48. Basically, that’s just my little savings pot not including stuff like Savings Bonds in Singapore, T-bills, and foreign stocks. Why exclude them? Honestly, not sure. Just felt like it.
Dividends are only about timing though. I count them post-payment—not sci-fi but just real cash in hand. So there it is, my chaotic recap on April finances.
