My upbringing was rooted in a middle-class family where hard work wasn’t just encouraged, it was expected, thanks to my German/Slovak mother. I entered college with $10,000, which seemed like a vast fortune back then. Fast forward two decades, and I am now co-managing a seven-figure investment account alongside my wife, who herself is a savvy investor. This journey from modest beginnings underscores how disciplined saving and investing can truly transform lives.
