We’ve seen a jump in our net worth by 77,000 SGD and added 1.02 kilograms of gold to our assets. This boost is thanks to a mix of factors: our salary, a recovering stock market, the increased value of our flat, and changes in exchange rates. While the stock market had mixed results, the overall impact was slightly positive.
When it comes to measuring our worth in gold, we’re finally seeing an upward trend after a rough patch, helped along by a dip in gold prices.
Our investments have taken a hit, showing a -2.19% annualized return, dividends included. There’s still a long road ahead to being back to our previous highs.
