Camden National Corporation (NASDAQ:CAC) held its fourth-quarter earnings call for 2024 on January 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM ET.

Company Participants
You had Renée Smyth as the Chief Experience and Marketing Officer, Simon Griffiths serving as President and CEO, and Michael Archer in his role as CFO.

Conference Call Participants
The call featured insights from Steve Moss of Raymond James Financial, Damon DelMonte from Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, and Matthew Breese of Stephens Inc.

The conference kicked off with Elliot, the operator, greeting everyone and setting the stage for the event. Participants listened to a presentation followed by a Q&A session. Elliot then passed the mic to Renée Smyth.

Renée Smyth greeted the audience with a warm welcome, thanking Elliot and everyone who joined the session. She introduced the company’s executive team, including Simon Griffiths, who leads the company as President and CEO, and Mike Archer, its Executive Vice President and CFO.

Renée informed the attendees that the day’s discussions would feature forward-looking statements, which could lead to actual results differing significantly from the forecasts made during the call. She directed everyone’s attention to the cautionary statements regarding these projections found in their earnings release and other SEC-filed reports. These resources can be accessed on the Camden National Investor Relations website. Trading under NASDAQ with the ticker CAC, the company also included non-GAAP financial measures in their discourse, aiming to deliver deeper insight. For additional details, these measures are reconciled with GAAP in the earnings release available online.

To wrap up her opening, Renée eagerly handed things over to the confident Simon Griffiths, positioned to guide participants through the rest of the presentation.
